Marketing/ Sales Executive:

• Who can apply: Any graduate having good communication skills
• Role and responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Desired Candidate Profile: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. Fast learner and passion for sales. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Testing/ Service Engineer:

• Who can apply: Diploma / B.E. / B.Sc. in Electronics or Instrumentations
• Role and responsibilities: Performing functional, performance, and reliability tests on the PCBs and inverters according to the defined test plans. Utilizing various test methodologies, including automated test equipment (ATE), to evaluate different aspects such as voltage regulation, power efficiency, thermal performance, signal integrity, and fault tolerance. In case of any test failures or anomalies, troubleshooting the issues by analyzing test results, investigating the root causes, and performing debugging procedures. Identifying and resolving any issues found during testing of inverters
• Desired Candidate Profile: Should have knowledge of inverter working, its components, types of inverters, electronic components like IGBTs, MOSFETs, Various ICs, basic knowledge about resistors, diodes etc. Knowledge of testing equipments like multimeters, DSO etc. Knowledge of batteries, types of batteries, working of batteries etc. Knowledge of current, voltage and power. Problem-solving skills, and desire to learn troubleshooting techniques.
• Salary Range: 20,000 INR to 50,000 INR

Electrician (Assembly and wiring technician):

• Who can apply: ITI / HSC Pass / Diploma
• Role and responsibilities: Follow assembly instructions, schematics, and technical specifications to assemble inverters. This includes mounting components, cutting and stripping wires, crimping lugs, soldering, and ensuring proper alignment and fit of all parts. Perform quality checks during and after the assembly process to ensure that products meet established standards and specifications. Identify and report any defects or issues, and troubleshoot and resolve assembly problems as needed. Strong understanding of electrical circuits, components, and assembly techniques. Proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly instructions, schematics and technical documentation.
• Desired Candidate Profile: Should have knowledge of wire guages, various tools used for assembling, crimping tools, knowledge about lugs of various sizes and types, able to read diagrams. Fast learner, Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
